Responsible Entity

Ventura Investment Management Ltd is the responsible entity of the All Star Funds.

Custodian and administrator

The custodian for the All Star Funds is National Australia Custodian Services (‘NCS’), a division of National Australia Bank Limited. NCS are appointed under a custody agreement to hold the assets of each Fund. NCS has also been appointed as the provider of administrative services. Each agreement continues for an initial period of three and five years respectively, unless terminated earlier under the agreements.

As an independent custodian, NCS is a long established and respected custodial company which holds the Fund assets on behalf of the responsible entity, determines their value, and is responsible for the administration of the Funds.
