Responsible Entity

Ventura Investment Management Ltd is the responsible entity of the All Star Funds.

Custodian and administrator

The custodian for All Star Funds is National Australia Bank Limited which is appointed under a custody agreement to hold the assets of each Fund and has also been appointed as the provider of administrative services. Each agreement continues for an initial period of three and five years respectively unless terminated earlier under the agreements.

As an independent custodian, National Australia Bank Limited is a long established and respected custodial company which holds the Fund assets on behalf of Ventura, determines their value, and is responsible for the administration of the Funds. Any fees paid to National Australia Bank Limited are paid out of the investment and administration fee paid to the responsible entity, and are not an additional charge to investors.
