In deciding whether to acquire, or continue to hold, an investment in an All Star Fund offered by Ventura you should consider the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). Investments can only be made on application forms attached to the PDS as issued by Ventura Investment Management Limited ACN 092 375 258, AFSL 253 045 as the Responsible Entity of the All Star Funds. A copy of the PDS can be obtained from your financial adviser, by calling All Star Funds Client Service on 1300 791 896 or downloading below. The offer to invest in an All Star Fund is available only to persons present in and receiving the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (electronically or otherwise) in Australia or New Zealand.

If you have $20,000 or more to invest then you can use this PDS to purchase units in the All Star IAM Australian Share Fund, All Star Income Fund, the All Star Nomura China Fund or the All Star IAM Small Companies Fund.
